Tim Perez is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Tim sees patients of all ages; however, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents for psychiatric disorders including ADHD, Inattention, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, and Behavioral disorders. Prior to joining Valueris, Tim spent the past 6 years working with children and adolescents at Marion and Polk counties. He has worked extensively with at-risk children, youth and adults in the treatment and management of severe and persistent mental illnesses, acute crises, and the recognition and prevention of suicide. Tim and his wife live in the Portland area and have been married over thirty years. They are the parents of five children and seven grandchildren.

Nate Kravitz is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Nate is at our Salem location. He primarily sees adults for depression, anxiety, addictions, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. He hopes to help others meet their health goals so they can meet their life goals with family, work, school, relationships, recreation, and faith. Prior to joining Valueris, Nate worked for 16 years in residential addictions treatment, and 7 years with community mental health. Nate has been married for 11 years and has two children. His hobbies include running, playing with his children, and playing Ultimate Frisbee.
Beth is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has an MSN with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, a BSN Nursing degree from the University of California, Sacramento, and a BA in English from the University of California, Irvine. She has experience in community mental health clinics, private psychiatric practice, inpatient facilities, and nursing homes in Oregon and California. She has worked in public health in maternal, child, and adolescent health. Beth previously taught in elementary, middle school, high school, and college levels. Services she provides are supportive therapy, psychiatric medication management, alternative and complementary therapies, guidance in lifestyle modifications for optimal mental health, and referrals for intensive therapy resources. She treats a broad spectrum of mental health issues including trauma, mood problems (anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorders), thought disorders (schizophreniform disorders), problems with focus and concentration (attention-deficit disorders), substance-use disorders, and disruptive behavioral issues. She provides information about the neurological, chemical, genetic, and psychosocial elements of mental health. She collaborates with each individual to determine their goals. Together they decide on a treatment plan using research and evidence-based guidelines.
