TIM PEREZ, PMHNP-BC

Tim Perez is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Tim sees patients of all ages; however, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents for psychiatric disorders including ADHD, Inattention, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, and Behavioral disorders. Prior to joining Valueris, Tim spent the past 6 years working with children and adolescents at Marion and Polk counties. He has worked extensively with at-risk children, youth and adults in the treatment and management of severe and persistent mental illnesses, acute crises, and the recognition and prevention of suicide. Tim and his wife live in the Portland area and have been married over thirty years. They are the parents of five children and seven grandchildren.

NATE KRAVITZ, RN, MN, PMHNP-BC

Nate Kravitz is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Nate is at our Salem location. He primarily sees adults for depression, anxiety, addictions, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. He hopes to help others meet their health goals so they can meet their life goals with family, work, school, relationships, recreation, and faith. Prior to joining Valueris, Nate worked for 16 years in residential addictions treatment, and 7 years with community mental health. Nate has been married for 11 years and has two children. His hobbies include running, playing with his children, and playing Ultimate Frisbee.

LAUREN BRADSHAW

Lauren Bradshaw works both as Front Office Coordinator and Tech & Training Specialist. Her long term goal is to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her short term goal is to create an efficient and beautiful environment for Valueris to grow, so that we may better serve our patients. She hopes to bring new ways for patients to receive treatment, whether that be via an online portal or web based visits or through our website. She hopes to make it as easy and painless of a process as possible. Her motto is “Efficiency in all things”. She brings over a decade of expertise in direct customer service and practice management. Lauren is described as dauntless, ambitious, sensitive, optimistic, and a visionary. Her hobbies include adrenaline inducing life experiences, reenacting medieval times, watching Dr. Who, creating and designing, following where her curiosity leads her, and trying/learning new things.

JENNI THOMPSON

Jenni Thompson works as a Medical Receptionist. Her long term goal is to be a Certified Substance & Alcohol Abuse Counselor and start a non-profit organization with resources for those suffering from addiction. Her short term goal is for patients to always be treated with respect and to ensure that they receive the best quality of care. About being a medical receptionist she says,“This role gives me a sense of purpose and satisfaction from knowing that I am a part of a team that is actively improving people’s quality of life”. She has a B.A. degree in English Literature from University of Oregon. She has previous experience working as Admissions Coordinator at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation and Medical Receptionist at Northwest Women’s Clinic. Jenni is described as kind, adventurous, creative, philanthropic, principled, ambitious, friendly, and intuitive. In her free time she loves to practice yoga, meditate, expand her knowledge base with podcasts and reading, host parties, explore the outdoors, and is a talented and avid artist of many principles.

PAM CRAFT

Pam Craft works as the Billing Coordinator. She received her degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. About being the Billing Coordinator she says, “I enjoy working here and the opportunity to interact with patients.” Pam loves numbers and previously spent many years in the banking industry. Pam is described as happy, optimistic, and a pleasure to work with. She is married to her best friend and they have 5 daughters and 4 granddaughters. Her hobbies include hiking, reading or spending time with her family.

CYNTHIA PEREZ

Cynthia Perez works as both Finance Manager and Back Office Coordinator. She manages the finances of the company, including payroll and company expenses, and oversees human resource activities. She is a resource to our patients in managing out of pocket costs and in coordinating with their insurance companies. Cynthia also works closely with Pam Craft to help our patients with questions concerning their account balances. She has been married for over 33 years, has 5 children and enjoys her 7 grandchildren.
